Description:

1989-1990 Honda Pilot FL400R disc brake conversion kit.

This kit will completely replace the terrible drum brakes that Honda borrowed from the 1984 TRX200. The stock drum brakes that the 1985 Odyssey and the Pilot both share, are hard to keep adjusted and at times unreliable. After only a couple hours of riding the brakes are usually out of adjustment. This kit not only eliminates the adjusting but greatly increases the braking power allowing you to even lock up the wheels on pavement.

Benefits to this disc brake conversion:

*4/144 wheel pattern(now you can use any front wheels from the TRX450R, TRX400EX, TRX300EX, TRX 250X, and the TRX250R)
*Strong lightweight hubs
*Rotors are made from Stainless Steel and are electro-polished
*Rotors incorporate the wave design are cross drilled for added cooling
*Greatly increased braking performance
*Brake Adjustments are no longer needed
*No change to the stock steering Geometry
*Plated brackets and hardware for corrosion resistance and appearance
*Wear components are much cheaper to replace and more reliable than stock

Your spindles will need to be shipped to me to be modified for this application. The spacer between the bearings in the drum will also need to be included with the shipment.
